House games are too small, with low chip numbers. Large groups lead to more excitement, skill, and challenge.
Favorite Poker Story:
My first ever visit to EPT.
Big blind, K7 off. 3 callers, I check.
Flop -7-7-7. I check my quads, table big stack moves all in, two folds and I quickly call. His pocket pair of sixes double me up and I move on to the final table.
I will be in Rhode Island next week (Mar.5 - 8). I'm going to play all of the EPT events when I'm there. Website says the Monday game (Mar.5) is at a restaurant named Tipico in your home town: 16 Gansett in Cranston? Have you played there? I don't see results from previous games there, seems weird. For sure I'll be at the Islander this coming Thursday (Mar.8). I want to pay for your buy-in (dinner) Cheers, "Cali" Ed 408-464-5032
